Revolut has announced that its financial app is now available in Ukrainian. It turns out that it is used by as many as 700,000 people. customers from Ukraine.

Since Russia attacked Ukraine in 2022, Revolut supports customers from Ukraine. In the beginning, ad-hoc fintech was created financial solutions dedicated to refugeesincluding a simplified account opening process, easy top-up in hryvnias from a Ukrainian bank account with automatic currency conversion, and suspension of fees.
700 thousand Ukrainians in Europe have a Revolut account
This approach has proven to be effective. Currently nearly 700 thousand Ukrainians in Europe (EEA and UK) uses Revolut financial services in particular in Poland (27%)Germany (17%) and Great Britain (6%). Revolut does not currently offer services directly in Ukraine.
Currently customers from Ukraine they already use the standard applicationand the refugee account has been suspended. From 2022, the value of money transfers with Revolut to Ukraine exceeded PLN 4 billionmost of the transfers were sent from Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Poland and the Netherlands.
The launch of the Ukrainian language version of the app is a step that aims to improve the experience of users belonging to the growing community of Ukrainian Revolut customers in Europe. Revolut announces that it has plans further solutions addressed to it.
