The wait is over, the flagship 14th generation Intel Core processor has finally arrived in Polish stores. Fortunately, the price of the Intel Core i9-14900KS turned out to be lower than expected.
Has become! As previously rumored, Intel’s new flagship processor officially debuted in Poland today. We are talking about the jewel in the crown and the culmination of the 14th generation, i.e. the model Intel Core i9-14900KS. It is currently the most efficient consumer processor that uses a socket LGA 1700.
Intel Core i9-14900KS costs PLN 3,299 in Poland
Intel Core i9-14900KS is equipped with 24 cores and 32 threadsall with timing up to 6.2 GHz. It was decided to combine 8 P-type cores (large, high-performance) with 16 E-type cores (small, energy-saving). It completes the whole thing 36 MB L3 Cache20 PCI Express 5.0 lanes and TDP up to 150 W.
The rest of the specifications, such as the integrated graphics chip and memory controller, remain unchanged. We’re still getting it Intel UHD Graphics 770 and module support DDR5-5600 RAM and DDR4-3200 of a capacity up to 192 GB. Of course, with XMP profiles and a good motherboard we are talking about much higher values.
The suggested price of Intel Core i9-14900KS is set at $689. That’s $10 cheaper than its predecessor, the Intel Core i9-13900KS, and $100 more expensive than the Intel Core i9-14900K. In Poland, the Intel Core i9-14900KS is now available for sale at a discounted price from PLN 3,299.
Intel Core i9-14900KS offers up to 15% higher gaming performance than Intel Core i9-13900KS. The comparison with is a bit more complicated AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D. Here, the new Blue CPU can achieve up to 26% better results (Total War: Warhammer III), but also 20% worse (F1 23).
