Alior Bank with temporary system failure
Alior Bank charged additional fees to some of its customers. Of course, this should not have happened, they were charged in error. The bank confirmed the information about the wrongly charged fees, explaining “system error”. As reported by TVN24 all injured parties will receive a refund of the funds collected.
The banking system’s error was that some customers were charged additional fees of 50 cents. This happened with SMS messages, which should have been free.
We can confirm that some customers were incorrectly charged for text messages due to a system error.
