Polsat Box Go will show the further fate of the accidental president
You can already watch the two premiere episodes of the new season of the series on Polsat Box Go Servant of the Nation. It tells the story of a teacher who accidentally became president. On the wave of popularity of the Ukrainian original, the leading role and comedy actor Volodymyr Zelensky won the presidential elections in Ukraine in 2019.
How does this story begin?
Teacher Ignacy Konieczny (Marcin Hycnar), an intellectual in love with British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, gives a fiery speech which is recorded by one of his students. The recording gets on the Internet and within one day the teacher rises to the rank of the leader of the nation and the main candidate to win the elections. When he becomes president, he must find his way in a new role.
The first episode of the series was rated by the actor who played the main role in the original, the current President of Ukraine – Volodymyr Zelensky.

Fight against corruption and oligarchs
In the second season, the hero will have to face an army of corrupt officials and advisors on his own. In this fight, he is doomed to failure unless he decides to cooperate with an imprisoned politician who knows the power structure in the country better than anyone. Ignacy Konieczny will also seek re-election to the highest office in the country. The road may turn out to be bumpy, as polls show a decline in public support and his enemies do not stop trying to thwart his plans.
