Polsat Box Go. Four new series for spring

Polsat is already getting ready for spring, although one of their series will appear in February. Box Go package holders will have something to watch in the near future.

Polsat is revealing its cards and has just announced what series premieres we can expect not only in the near future, but also in the spring. So far, four titles have been announced, three of which are continuations of existing series and one is a completely new one. Productions will be added to the Polsat Box Go Premium package.

“Servant of the Nation” – premiere on February 9

Already February 9 will have its premiere the second season of “Servant of the Nation”. The Ukrainian original of the series brought Volodymyr Zelensky to power, who played the main role in it.

The story, transferred to the domestic context, presents Ignacy Konieczny (Marcin Hycnar), who, as a result of political intrigues, becomes president. In the new episodes, Ignacy will consistently fight corruption and oligarchs. The situation will become more complicated when the president faces an alliance with enemies and his supporters show a different face than before.

“Blood” – premiere in April

To the Gajewski family We are back 5 years after Jerzy’s arrest. The new season begins with his release from prison. Laura’s older sister, Alicja, has an accident. The car she is driving falls into the river, and she barely survives. The police find a body in the trunk of the car. An exemplary mother and wife who fights the disease, hides – as it turns out – dark secrets that are slowly coming to light.

The series directed by Marcin Ziębiński is a psychological thriller full of family lies and secrets. In the cast: Katarzyna Z. Michalska, Ireneusz Czop, Maciej Musiałowski, Piotr Trojan, Vanessa Aleksander, Piotr Głowacki, Olaf Lubaszenko, Monika Krzywkowska, Kamil Kula, Hubert Miłkowski, Izabela Dąbrowska.

“In-Laws” – premiere in May

The Ledwoń and Nagórski families Huge changes await. Their children are going through a dramatic experience of their failed wedding. Life – as we know – abhors a vacuum, so Lucek and Andżela start to arrange their lives anew. It also happens to parents – old problems follow them, attracting new ones. The series is a humorous story that reflects contemporary customs and generational differences in a distorting mirror.

The author of the script is Krzysztof Jaroszyński, director and cinematographer – Grzegorz Kuczeriszka. Julia Wieniawa and Ignacy Liss, the titular in-laws, play the roles of the young couple: Joanna Kurowska, Cezary Pazura, Jolanta Fraszyńska and Cezary Kosiński.

“Betrayal” – premiere in June

Julia is an introverted and appreciated photographer, the wife of an ambitious and success-seeking prosecutor, Patryk. When she goes out to get some fresh air and take a break from the crowd during the opening, she unexpectedly meets Paweł. These two are unable to resist their chemistry and violent feelings. What they do not realize are the dependencies and connections that exist between them.

“Betrayal” is a psychological thrillera remake of the Dutch series “Overspel”, well received by critics and viewers.

The director is Makary Janowski. The author of the photos is Paweł Figurski. Starring: Anna Kaczmarczyk, Marieta Żukowska, Dawid Ogrodnik, Paweł Małaszyński and Piotr Polk. Other roles: Grażyna Szapołowska, Mikołaj Krawczyk, Olga Sarzyńska, Dobromir Dymecki, Przemysław Bluszcz, Bartłomiej Firlet and Juliusz Chrząstowski.
