Poczta Polska provides its customers with a new service. We are talking about instant transfers in the Express Elixir system.
Poczta Polska announced the availability of a new service that customers will use at the counter. This has been operating since June, but for now in selected branches. The system will gradually be launched in subsequent points and will ultimately operate throughout Poland.
Instant transfers at Poczta Polska
This new service includes instant transfers in the Express Elixir system. Each customer can order a transfer in the mail window and it will be transferred to the indicated account almost immediately. The system operates continuously, i.e. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including weekends, holidays and non-working days.
Poczta Polska's competitive advantage is the ability to offer financial services to customers through its bank. We are talking not only about bank accounts, loans or payment cards with the Poczta Polska logo, but, as in the case of the KIR solution, the use of the ICT infrastructure of Bank Pocztowy to service customers in the field of instant transfers.

Transfers will be made by Bank Pocztowy, which has been a participant of the Express Elixir system since 2017. The operator of instant transfers will be the National Clearing House.
Express Elixir enables real-time payments in the mail window also for people who prefer traditional methods of making transactions
