Sony reveals the three games that will join the PlayStation Plus subscription catalog in October 2023. Horror, a simulation and a revisited Wild West are on the program.
Sony has revealed the new games which will land in the catalog of its PlayStation Plus subscription (Essential, Extra and Premium) and which will therefore be available on PS5 and PS4. On the program: thrills of fear and a farm to manage (not both at the same time, eh). Let us recall in passing that the price of PS+ subscriptions has recently increased.
Games offered in October 2023 on PS Plus
Thus, people subscribing to PS Plus Essential or a more expensive version of the Sony service will be able to enjoy the following three games from October 3 and at no additional cost:
- The Callisto Protocol (PS5, PS4)
- Farming Simulator 22 (PS5,PS4)
- Weird West (PS5, PS4)
The author of this article is especially familiar with second title, Farming Simulator 22, which puts you in the shoes of a farmer having to manage his crops of wheat, corn, potatoes or even cotton. The game prides itself on offering “ over 400 machines and tools from over 100 real agricultural brands “. However, a colleague whispered into the ear of the author of this article that The Callisto Protocol comes at the right time. He tells him that this game by Glen Schofield is intended to be the spiritual heir of the famous Dead Space. This horrific adventure should therefore be able to accompany you throughout the gloomy month of October to prepare for Halloween in style.
As for Weird WestSony’s description depicts an adventure in a Wild West revisited with dark fantasy where humans rub shoulders with fantastical creatures to gleefully shoot each other. Here we are offered an RPG where each decision can have major, sometimes irreversible, consequences.
Please note, from October 2, 2023, there are games that will no longer be downloadable and you must therefore hurry to add them to your library if you are interested.
