PKO BP warns customers. Services will cease to operate any time soon
Bank PKO Bank Polski has issued a message to its customers regarding significant difficulties in accessing a wide range of services. Among others, BLIK and contactless payments will not work.
PKO Bank Polski services will not work
The bank has listed tools and services that will be unavailable to customers this coming night. The biggest hurdle may be unavailability of the IKO application, including contactless payments. Similarly, the equivalent of the application for business clients will stop working – i.e. iPKO Business mobile application.
What’s more, during IT work bank customers will be completely cut off from the BLIK platform — you will not be able to use its codes.

Despite the above-mentioned limitations, PKO Bank Polski will provide its customers with continuous access to card operations. We can easily pay by card in stationary stores or use ATMs.
The situation with online payments is a bit worse, but cardholders 3D-Secure 2 they will still be able to authorize them SMS code and card PIN. Meanwhile, authorization of electronic transactions is to be available via SMS codes or single-use code cards.
