PKO BP turns off the light. You will only benefit from this service until December 12
PKO Bank Polski informs about the end of the sale of telemedicine packages. From tomorrow, the Telemedicine and Telemedicine+ services will no longer be available either in the IKO application or on the iPKO website.

One of the additional services that PKO BP offers to its customers via the IKO application and the iPKO website are packages Telemedicine and Telemedicine+whose supplier is the company Telemedicine. However, the announcement published on the bank’s website shows that This offer is only valid until today (December 12, 2024), and from tomorrow, purchasing these packages will no longer be possible.
What does this mean for users?
Customers of PKO Bank Polski who have already purchased the service can use it use without any problems until the end of the subscription period. Contracts valid until December 19, 2024 will be automatically extended for another 6 months. After December 19, the service will no longer be renewed.
If someone still wants to use Telemedicine or Telemedicine+, they have time to purchase it only until today. Tomorrow, December 13, 2024telemedicine packages will disappear from the bank’s offer.
PKO BP does not provide the reasons for this decision, but encourages you to use other additional services available in IKO and iPKO.
