PKO BP issued an urgent announcement. Applies to all customers
On May 25 and 26, due to ongoing technical works, there will be interruptions in the availability of PKO BP services, the institution informs.
Nobody likes technical breaks, but they are necessary for the maintenance and development of infrastructure. Therefore, banks try to choose the least onerous dates possible. However, understandably, it is impossible to please everyone.
According to PKO Bank Polski, such interruptions are to be expected in the coming days, specifically on May 25 and 26.
The first one is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, from 00:00 to 01:00. The iPKO and iPKO biznes online services, the open banking function and payments in online stores using the “Pay with iPKO” service will then be unavailable. The second, larger one – for Sunday.
On Sunday, May 26, from 00:00 to 06:00, the IKO and iPKO biznes mobile applications will not work, including contactless payments by phone and BLIK code.
The good news is that cards and even online payments with 3D-Secure 2 authorization will work during breaks. You just need to remember to have this card with you in case of an emergency, not your smartphone or watch.
