PKO BP has urgent news for customers. It's about November 24th

PKO Bank warns of another interruption in the availability of services. Many customers may be surprised because the technical work will take quite a long time.

PKO BP announces technical works – get ready for a break on Sunday

Technical breaks related to improvements to the bank’s services are nothing new in PKO BP, although it should be noted that they have been recently introduced they already happen every weekend. Also the hours when selected services are unavailable, they can surprise – it’s not always the middle of the night when everyone is asleep.

So it will be next Sunday, November 24. The break at PKO BP will start at safe time at 00:00however, it will take time until 12:30i.e. over 12 hours. During this time you will not be able to use:

website and telephone iPKO and iPKO biznes,
open banking functions (Open Banking),
online payments I pay with iPKO.

But that’s not the end. During the break, the iPKO biznes mobile application will be unavailable and the application IKO will be able to be withdrawn money from ATMs and pay in stationary and online stores only using BLIK. In practice, it may happen that morning shopping at Żabka or at a gas station will not take place.

Fortunately, all of them cards payment systems will work – customers will use them in ATMs and stationary stores. Importantly, however, as part of the protection of online card payments, 3D-Secure will only be available authorization by SMS code and card PIN.

PKO BP warns its customers that if they can, they should complete all important transactions before.
