Palit is preparing a hybrid graphics card. Is there a breakthrough coming?

It is assumed that we will receive graphics cards this year NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000. However, only the most expensive and efficient models are planned for the start. Thus, a generation GeForce RTX 4000 will be with us for a while, and the Greens' partners are constantly releasing new models.

Palit published a several-second video on the X platform, which is a trailer of what will be shown at the Taiwanese fair Computex 2024 at the beginning of June. We're talking about a hybrid graphics card.

The presented model is a representative of the series GameRockwhich is equipped with 3.5-slot cooling system with three fans. It wouldn't be surprising if not protruding water block. We are talking about a combination of air and liquid cooling, which is intended to ensure even lower temperatures and greater efficiency.

Although Palit doesn't reveal details, he does take into account the size of the card it should be assumed that it will be GeForce RTX 4090 or RTX 4080 SUPER. Moreover, it should also be able to work on air cooling alone, without the proprietary LC system. This is how similar structures presented in the past worked – e.g. Colorful KUDAN. We will know more details at the beginning of June.
