Opera GX is changing a lot. New features have been added
The Opera GX gaming browser has received several new features that will make using the application even easier and more enjoyable.
Opera GX may not be among the world’s most popular browsers, but it has a devoted following of users. They’ve just received a new version of the program that introduces a few interesting features.
What’s New in Opera GX
Opera GX, a browser aimed at gamers, has rolled out a significant update to its AI assistant, Aria. The update introduces new features, such as image generation and text aloud reading.
Improved visual and audio features
Aria can now generate unique images from text commands using Google’s Imagen2 model. Users can create up to 30 images per day. Additionally, Aria can read responses aloud using Google’s WaveNet model, which is useful for those who use screen readers or prefer audio information.

Advanced image recognition
Aria’s new image recognition feature lets users upload images and ask questions about them. For example, Aria can identify the make and model of unknown headphones or solve a math problem based on a photographed equation.

Improved chat features
The update also improves the chat experience with two new features: “Chat Summary” and “Source Links.” “Chat Summary” provides a concise summary of conversations, while “Source Links” offers additional context and information related to user queries.
The redesigned Aria Command Line is accessible via the “ctrl + /” or “cmd + /” key combination, which opens an additional, so-called floating window. The new features are already available to all Opera GX users.
