NVIDIA will show new cards from the GeForce RTX 50 series. The date is surprising

It is almost certain that the first GeForce RTX 50 Blackwell series graphics cards will be available in stores at the end of the year. NVIDIA will probably not change its tactics and the most powerful models, RTX 5090 and RTX 5080, will debut first. We know when the Greens can present them and the date is very surprising.

Interesting information in this context was provided by Moore's Law is Dead. He learned from his sources that the new generation of GeForce graphics cards may debut not even in the fourth, but in the third quarter of this year. It's true that we're talking about the end of September, but still.

The rumors about the presentation date of the new cards are particularly interesting. This would take place at the upcoming Computex 2024 trade fair, which will take place on June 4-7, i.e. in about 6 weeks. Such an early presentation may be surprising, but it is supposed to be only a paper premiere, i.e. a demonstration of new models. Graphics cards will go on sale a few months later.
