NVIDIA ogranicza dostępność kart graficznych. Powód jest oczywisty

NVIDIA limits the availability of graphics cards. The reason is obvious

NVIDIA has informed its partners about reducing the supply of GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards. The reason for this decision is obvious.

The information comes from Korea. NVIDIA has reportedly informed all its partners (ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, etc.) that in the near future the supplies of graphics chips for the GeForce RTX 40 series models will be reduced. This decision should not surprise anyone.

Less availability of graphics cards

NVIDIA's decision is dictated by the upcoming premiere of the GeForce RTX 50 Blackwell series. The Greens do not want to repeat the mistakes of recent years and they intend to significantly empty their warehouses a few months before the presentation of the new generation. In short, the market is to be ready to accept new models of graphics cards.

At the same time, NVIDIA has no plans to reduce prices for now. These are to remain at the current level. The exception will be models that will be less popular. However, this is unlikely, because most of the GeForce RTX 40 series cards are selling at least decently, despite the initial poor reception.

In addition, smaller deliveries mean lower production, and processing capacity may be temporarily transferred to specialized AI systems. At this point, this is definitely the most important market for NVIDIA, which brings them huge profits. It cannot be ruled out that the availability of GeForce RTX 50 cards will also be very limited initially, because the company will want to ensure the supply of B100, B200 systems, etc. first.
