Nintendo Switch 2 will not bring a great revolution
The latest rumors show that Nintendo Switch 2 will not bring a great revolution. It is supposed to be a rather conservative evolution compared to the previous model.
This information comes from the Chinese company Mobapad, which produces accessories, including for Nintendo Switch. On their Facebook profile, they described several changes awaiting fans. It is true that the post has already been edited, but nothing is lost on the Internet, so the information has gone out into the world.
Nintendo Switch 2 – what's new?
First of all, Mobapad revealed that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be compatible with both current Joy-Con and Pro Controllers. The only problem is that the former cannot be attached to the console due to the new magnetic attachment that we wrote about yesterday.
Moreover, the Chinese confirmed what was already said before. Switch 2 is to be fully backwards compatible. It will support both digital and physical copies of games from the first Switch. The console will also be equipped with a USB-C port for charging and a completely new docking station. The screen will be larger (8 inches instead of 7 inches) and will display images in 1080p resolution.
According to Mobapad, Nintendo Switch 2 will not bring a great revolution. It is rather an evolution compared to the previous model. In their opinion, the console could just as easily be called Nintendo Switch Pro. Is it wrong? I don't think so. Equipment has never been the Japanese's strong suit. Their consoles are extremely popular because of their games.
