New in PKO BP. These features will make life easier for bank customers

The PKO Bank Polski mobile application has been enriched with new functions and facilities. IKO users gained access to a personalized tab Offera transparent list of deposits, convenient Place lists and the possibility of purchasing public transport tickets in other cities.

IKOthe mobile application of PKO Bank Polski, continues to develop, offering users more and more possibilities and amenities. The latest update introduces features that make everyday banking more intuitive, personalized and tailored to the individual needs of customers.

One of the key elements of the novelty is changed “Offer” tab. Now the products and services presented there are tailored to the specific situation of each customer. For example, when your insurance is about to expire, the application will prompt you to renew it. During periods such as holidays or holidays, the presented proposals will also meet the current needs of users. Thanks to this change, customers gain easier and faster access to the offers they are interested in, saving time and gaining convenience.

Another convenience is refreshed look of the deposit section. Offers are now presented in a more transparent way, making it easier to compare available products and choose the best solution. Individual savings proposals are available after entering the “Deposits and savings” tab in the “Offer” menu.

New ‘Place List’ feature is another tool that makes life easier for PKO Bank Polski customers. Thanks to it, you can quickly find the nearest ATM, deposit machine, branch or bank agency. After sharing the location, the application automatically sorts places by distance, and details such as opening hours or the exact address are available with one click. This feature is especially useful for blind and visually impaired people thanks to its compatibility with screen readers.

IKO is also developing its own functions related to the purchase of transport tickets. From now on, users can purchase tickets in three new towns: Opole, Siedlce and Zakopane, which makes the application even more versatile.

Thanks to over 100 functions, IKO has been a leader among banking applications in Poland for almost 12 years, with over 8.3 million activations. Customers appreciate not only its functionality, but also the convenience of use, as evidenced by high ratings – the average is as high as 4.8 out of 5 stars in the two largest app stores.

New functions and amenities, such as hiding the balance, an extensive online currency exchange, expense analysis via the Voice Assistant or suggesting parking zones, further emphasize the innovative nature of the IKO application. PKO Bank Polski shows that listening to customers’ needs and introducing modern solutions is the key to success in modern banking.
