New in Nest Bank. It's getting smart
Nest Bank has released a pilot version of N!Asystent. It is an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant in the application, based on the GPT-4 language model.
What is this N!Assistant?
Selected customers of Nest Bank will find in its mobile application a solution called N!Assistant. It is an advanced and intelligent system based on the GPT-4 modelavailable as part of the service Microsoft Azure OpenAI. In addition to the GPT-4 knowledge base, N!Asystent has access to regulations, price lists and product information of Nest Bank. You can talk to the assistant just like you would with a human, i.e. in the so-called natural language. The assistant should understand complex context and provide simple answers to complex questions.
How does N!Assistant work?
Currently, N!Asystent answers questions about Nest Bank's offer and provides support in managing personal finances. This tool will check our spending pace, assess whether the budget will be tight at the end of the month and calculate how much you need to save for a trip abroad. Over time, the assistant will be supplemented with additional options.
N!Asystent is one of our key projects that takes customers into the true era of GenAI. We believe that artificial intelligence has the potential to completely change the way we use banking, redefining the current concept of functionality. That is why we have committed to continuous development of our assistant, guided primarily by the needs of our customers, but also by the protection of their privacy. We not only want to implement the functions that we have already planned, but we are also open to new solutions that may be created based on suggestions from the first users of N!Asystent.

More functions of N!Assistant
The current functions of N!Asystent are just a foretaste of what awaits customers. Nest Bank informs that this tool will be equipped with… new features. It will be too also available for iOS users and business customers.
There will be new items voice commands (voice-to-text), allowing Nest Bank customers to ask questions by voice. The assistant will also benefit the ability to redirect customers directly to the appropriate sections of the application. For example, if a customer asks how to apply for an additional card, they will automatically be taken to the appropriate place in the application. You will also be able to view the history of your conversations with the assistant and download them in PDF format.
In the next stages of expansion, N!Asystent will have access to knowledge about the products and services used by the customer,This will enable even more personalized interactions. Its key function will be automation of banking operations.
N!Asystent will support customers in a wide range of activities – from initiating transfers, through blocking identity documents or payment cards, to issuing new cards. Nest Bank customers will have the option to issue voice commands, such as ordering and repeating transfers. In this context, N!Asystent will prepare an appropriate form, which will then require standard authorization, either with a mobile code or biometrics, maximizing convenience and speeding up the process of using banking services.
