Nest Bank has refreshed its mobile application. Its appearance has changed, navigation has been improved, and biometric authorization of BLIK transactions is also new.

As announced, Nest Bank has started a series of major changes in the mobile application. From April 2024, customers can use N!Assistant on a pilot basisi.e. a virtual assistant based on generative artificial intelligence. You can talk to the assistant about your finances in a natural language and ask him to intelligently analyze your expenses, as well as ask for help in making a transfer or finding the right application. Nest Bank is in the next phase of changes refreshed the application design and added new features.
What has changed in the Nest Bank application?
On the new home screen the customer will find functions that are most important to you. Maybe select up to 8 shortcuts. If the user wants to quickly make a transfer, use the Nest Exchange Office, check exchange rates or operations to be approved – from now on they will have even faster access to them.
The user can also adjust it to his own needs main productwhich will be for him visible on the screen – it can be, for example, any account or loan. After swiping a product card, the user will also have quick access to the next ones. The history of operations has also taken a new shape – now it is available for each account from the main screen, without the need to drill down into details.
Nest Bank also changed how to navigate in the applicationi. appeared at the bottom of the screen 5 new sections – start, payments, N!Assistant, products and N!offers. The user also has quick access to settings and the Contact Center.
Another change in the application concerns security. The customer can now not only log in using biometrics. It will also be approved in the new version of the application BLIK transfers and transactions with a fingerprint or face scan. The new authorization method increases the security of transactions – their approval is even faster, and the bank eliminates the risk associated with the use of traditional passwords.
The latest version of the Nest Bank application also allows the user to: simple preview of subscriptions and cards currently added to mobile wallets on specific devices. Thanks to this, the customer will not spend unnecessary money, but will also check whether his card has not been used for unknown payments.
In January 2025 Customers who use the application will have access to the new look of the application from Android and iOS version 4.0.
