mObywatel warns in time
mObywatel is nothing more than a digital wallet with documents of every Pole. We keep mDowód and mPrawo driving in it. However, we must remember that once an account is created, it has a limited validity. It is valid for only 1 year. But don’t worry, the mObywatel app will inform you two weeks in advance that your account is expiring. You will receive an appropriate alert. What should you do then?
When we receive information about the end of the validity of the account in the mObywatel. application, all we need to do is take a few simple steps so that everything continues to work as we would like it to.
Profile expiry date in the mObywatel application
The basic certificate that we receive on the basis of a valid Trusted Profile, is valid for 1 year. The Trusted Profile itself is valid for 3 years. To use the application again, this certificate must be refreshed. So what to do?
- Log in to mObywatel and select the menu More in the bottom right corner
- To choose Certificates issued
- Find the name of your device with the suffix Important.
- Select the red text Renew your certificatethen press Continue. Then the mDowodu application window will appear. Press it and follow the instructions, i.e. log in using the Trusted Profile or another option and activate mDowód.
Do you want to continue using mDowodu? Your current mObywatel profile is valid for another 14 days. Get a new profile to use mDowodu and conveniently log in to online services.
