In times of global economic crisis, many people and companies are refraining from unnecessary purchases. This of course also affects the consumer electronics market, and more specifically, computer sales. However, it seems that we are in for a change in this trend, and there are at least a few reasons.

Business Canalyswhich analyzes the IT industry, has published its latest set of pc shipment forecasts. Although the report focuses on the US market, it also has an impact on the rest of the world – including Europe. An increase of 5% is expected by the end of 2024 and 8% in 2025.

The main driving force behind purchases will be new systems AMD, Intel, NVIDIA and Qualcomm. Soon we will get both processors and graphics cards for laptops and desktops. Most of them are equipped with NPU chips for working with artificial intelligence.
