The rumors turned out to be true. Microsoft has been working on a new version of the Xbox Series X console. Unfortunately, there is no Pro version that would offer greater performance. Instead, the Redmond company presented a model without an optical drive and in a new color version.

Xbox Series X All-Digital Robot White

Xbox Series X All-Digital Robot White is the new version of Microsoft's console. Just by the name itself you can tell what exactly has changed. Firstly, this variant does not have a Blu-ray optical drive, just like Xbox Series S. Secondly, it is available in a new white color version. Earlier rumors also talked about a rebuilt cooling system, but Microsoft did not mention it in any way at the conference.

Last year, we introduced the Xbox Series S 1TB console in Carbon Black, which was a perfect fit for gamers who wanted more storage but weren't looking for the full power of the Series X. This year, we're introducing the same features in Robot White. This console has the classic, sleek, modern and compact design of the Xbox Series S, but with a 1TB SSD, twice the storage, so gamers can store even more of their favorite games.

However, the list of new features does not end there. Microsoft presented two more new versions of its consoles. The first of them is Xbox Series S Robot White with a 1 TB drive. The second one is the fanciest version of Xbox Series X Galaxy Black. It's not only different, but also up to 2 TB of disk space. This variant already has a Blu-ray drive, so playing games on discs will not be a problem for it.
