mBank is introducing important changes to its transfer service. From now on, they have a very important function that can speed things up a lot. Just a few clicks.
You’ve probably waited for a very important transfer before. Well, the best assurance of its arrival is a payment confirmation document, which can usually be downloaded via the bank’s app or website. However, to generate it, you had to wait until the transfer session. Now, however, mBank will handle it faster.
Changes in confirmations
In the transfer confirmation we can find many key pieces of information, such as the sender’s and recipient’s data, the transfer amount or the date of shipment. But its most important function is to assure us or the people to whom we send funds that the money is already on its way. However, mBank has introduced a function that will allow you to use this solution immediately after you order the transfer.
To do this, you need to go to the mobile application or the bank’s website in the browser, where you need to find the history of your transactions. Then, after selecting this payment, in the details of the operation you will find the option Download Confirmation, as for already executed transfers. However, there is one catch. If we have already downloaded the confirmation before the outgoing session, it will no longer be possible to cancel or change such a payment. The service is only available for standard transfers, which are ordered in PLN, with a regular elixir session.
