During the coming weekend, mBank customers will experience not only the time change, but also some difficulties in accessing their bank accounts. The bank warns in advance not to leave everything until the last minute.
Technical break during the weekend
The last Sunday in October is the moment when we switch to winter time. This date also coincided with the modernization break at mBank. A technical break was planned on the night of October 26-27 in providing certain services, which will allow for better development of the bank’s products. The break was scheduled between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., winter time.
We have also planned a modernization break for this weekend, which will allow us to develop the products and services you use at the bank.

What exactly won’t work?
- Cards. Online card payments will not be possible between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. But don’t worry – you can pay in stationary stores and restaurants without any problems. You will also be able to withdraw funds from an ATM.
- Transaction website and mobile application. It will be impossible to log in to the bank between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. You will also not be able to submit any application.
- mLine. Due to the fact that during the planned technical break, the bank does not have access to the customer’s data, it will not carry out any operation.
You can survive a technical break without any major problems. You just need to know about it and order any important transactions well in advance.
