Lidl spoils DIY enthusiasts. Useful equipment for a cap of pears

Lidl has prepared a real treat for those who require more capabilities and more power from their tools. At the forefront, of course, are batteries that power the extensive collection of Parkside tools.

This time, however, these are intelligent energy storage units that you can connect via Bluetooth to the Lidl Home mobile application. Here you can read data about the battery status and change operating parameters. The batteries are equipped with the Cell Balancing solution, which provides them with a longer service life by balancing the operation of the cells. Of course, it is not only in the application that you can check how much energy is left – each battery also has a 3-level indicator.

The Parkside Performance 20 V intelligent battery with a capacity of 8 Ah will cost PLN 249 instead of PLN 349.

It's worth having a charger for the battery. It will be available in Lidl from June 1 20V 4.5A chargerintended for power tool batteries. You can buy it for 59.90.

Also from Saturday, June 1, you can buy high-power power tools from the Parkside Performance series at Lidl, powered by 20 V batteries. Lidl has also prepared a promotion for them, so if you are planning to equip your workshop for Children's Day, you can save a lot.

The cordless tools mentioned in the leaflet are:

• Drill driver – PLN 149 instead of PLN 249. The clamping range of the drill chuck is from 1.5 to 13 mm, the tool can operate at a speed of up to 2,000 revolutions per minute.
• Drill driver with impact – PLN 299 instead of PLN 399. The impactor operates at a speed of 35,200 beats per minute, the maximum torque of the screwdriver motor is 150 Nm and the maximum number of revolutions is 2,200 per minute.
• Reciprocating saw – PLN 299 instead of PLN 399. The manufacturer recommends using two 20 V batteries. The saw blade's stroke is 32 mm, and at idle the maximum number of strokes is 3,000 per minute.
• Impact hammer – PLN 249. The impact energy is 3 J, the maximum number of impacts is 4700 per minute, and at idle it rotates at a speed of 950 rpm.
• Plunge saw – PLN 399 instead of PLN 499. The set includes a disc with a diameter of 140 mm, a parallel stop and a guide rail.

It is worth knowing that the set with these tools also includes resistant transport cases. There are no batteries or chargers, but in Lidl this is no problem.
