Lenovo szykuje nową konsolę. Tym razem w wersji Lite

Lenovo is preparing a new console. This time in the Lite version

Lenovo is preparing a new version of its portable console. This time it will be a Lite device, which is potentially much cheaper.

Lenovo Legion Go is one of the most successful portable consoles with Windows. It stands out from the ASUS ROG Ally or MSI Claw in several ways, including detachable controllers in the style of Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons. The company may soon present a new model in the Lite version.

Lenovo Legion Go Lite

Rumors indicate that Lenovo is working on a new version of the Legion Go console, which would be called Lite. The company is to abandon several solutions to slightly slim down the device, which is quite large and heavy. It is not yet known what exactly this would mean. Perhaps it's about the smaller screen (the standard model has an 8.8-inch display), or maybe giving up detachable controllers, as in Nintendo Switch Lite.

Interestingly, the device will still use AMD Ryzen Z1 systems. However, it cannot be ruled out that the Lite version will be equipped with a weaker version without “Extreme” in the name. ASUS ROG Ally is available in two versions, and Lenovo Legion Go only with a more efficient version of the system. This should also translate into a lower price, because the standard version costs quite a lot of PLN 3,000.

The exact date of presentation and possible store premiere is not yet known, but it should happen soon. We may see the equipment at the upcoming Computex fair, which starts in early June.
