It’s better not to type this into Google. You can get into trouble

We repeatedly inform about various types of scams that await Polish Internet users. They are often aimed at users of specific services or companies. Cybercriminals also often use Google ads. The thing is that reporting them does not help much, which is perfectly demonstrated by the example described by the Sekurak website.
Fake Google ads
Sekurak described a rather unusual and even shocking story on Twitter. The website came across a false advertisement in Google search results. This probably takes users to a website that is designed to extort data and persuade them to make false investments. For this purpose, it uses well-known brands, including Kingston and Orlen. The matter seems clear, but for Google it is not.
1) Scam advertising on Google
2) We reported the ad as violating the rules
3) Google thought and thought and concluded what is in the screenshot… 🤡 pic.twitter.com/oUFeTQyAXc— Sekurak (@Sekurak) November 11, 2024
Sekurak decided to report the ad as violating the rules. All you had to do was wait until it was removed. The problem is that it didn’t happen. Google responded to Sekurak’s report and found no violations.
We have decided not to remove this product ad. We have determined that the ad does not violate Google’s policies, which prohibit the publication of certain content and practices that, in our opinion, harm users and the entire Internet ecosystem.
– is Google’s answer.
A scene from the iconic Teddy Bear comes to mind. We don’t have your coat, what will you do to us? JAs you can see, Bareisms are still alive, and Google is a perfect example of it.
