Intel Arrow Lake is almost here? Everything points to this
Pat Gelsinger, CEO at Intel, will appear at Computex 2024. The event will discuss new products for the server and consumer segments.
In the world of new technologies, we currently have only two important events – CES in the USA and Computex in Taiwan. The first of them always take place at the beginning of January, the second one at the turn of May and June. Every year they attract producers, journalists and enthusiasts from all over the world.
AMD and Intel will show off their new processors
TAITRA (Taiwan Foreign Trade Development Council) announced that Pat GelsingerCEO of the company Intelwill be the keynote speaker at Computex 2024. The talk will take place June 4, 2024.
According to the official press release Intel is set to showcase next-generation solutions for data centers and home consumers. And considering that this year’s main theme of the fair is artificial intelligence, we can safely assume that it will include, among others: about family Intel Arrow Lake-S.
According to current information, Intel Arrow Lake-S is expected to bring major changes – newer lithography, platform LGA 1851dropping DDR4 RAM support, giving up small coresno hyper-threading technology, more efficient graphics systems based on the Intel ARC architecture.
Of course, the presentation of the new family does not mean its immediate premiere, this should be expected only at the end of the year. However, trade fairs such as Computex are an ideal opportunity to demonstrate capabilities in controlled conditions or for manufacturers to show off their new motherboards.
Finally, it is worth recalling that The Reds are also planning a similar presentation regarding the AMD Zen5 architecture. It will be traditionally led by AMD CEO, Dr. Lisa Su, and will take place June 3, 2024.
