InPost is introducing a big change for drivers

InPost Group announced full integration of your mobile application with Android Auto. Until now, only owners of Apple devices could use a similar solution. Now this feature reaches a much wider audience. It allows you to manage shipments directly from the built-in screen in your car.

In this way, the logistics operator responds to the growing popularity of intelligent car systems. The implementation of Android support is a natural consequence of the company’s previous activities. Similar function for Apple CarPlay appeared in August 2025 and quickly gained users. Statistics show that over 71,000 people used it in the first month. The vast majority used it to open the vault remotely.

After connecting the phone, the driver can see the car on the display list of shipments waiting for the recipient. The system allows you to start navigation with one click will lead straight to the selected Parcel Locker or Parcel Point. The most important option, however, is opportunity remote opening of the box upon arrival. Everything is done from the cockpit, without having to look for your phone in your pocket or purse.

This solution is intended not only to save time, but also improving road safety. Drivers do not have to operate their smartphone while driving, which allows them to focus on driving. This makes collecting parcels on the way to work or the store smoother.
