ING will make it more difficult for customers to access money. Three times
ING Bank announced planned maintenance works, which will take place on several December dates, starting next night (Wednesday to Thursday). During these works, at certain hours, the availability of payment and credit card services may be limited.

ING Bank scheduled service work for three nights, all within hours from 0:00 to 2:00: :
- from Wednesday to Thursday (December 11/12, 2024),
- from Saturday to Sunday (December 14/15),
- from Monday to Tuesday (December 16/17).
What won’t work?
During service work, users may encounter: problems with most card-related functions in the Moje ING and ING Business systems. It will not be possible to:
- activating cards, changing transaction limits, insuring cards and assigning PIN codes,
- ordering new payment cards,
- assigning cards to the phone in the Moje ING application,
- adding cards to external wallets such as Apple Pay, Garmin Pay and Google Pay,
- performing operations on credit card accounts,
- submitting applications for loans and personal and savings accounts.
Additionally, there may be difficulties with:
- payment card transactions in ATMs, cash deposit machines and payment terminals,
- online payments using 3DSecure (confirmed in the application or by SMS code).
What will work normally?
Users BLIK system they can sleep peacefully – transactions carried out using this method will be available without any changes.
How to prepare?
To avoid problems, the bank recommends making necessary purchases and using banking services outside service break hours. If you need to block your card, please contact the ING hotline at: +48 32 357 00 12.
