ING announced the introduction of a new form of payment cards. For now, these are only available to entrepreneurs and do not require a physical, plastic version of the card.
ING introduces digital payment cards
Entrepreneurs who have an account at ING Bank Śląski can now order payment cards for their account in a completely new form, without plastic. These are digital versions of cards that work without the need for a physical version. In this case, payments are made using digital wallets (e.g. Google Wallet or Apple Pay) or using the ING Mobile application.
The plastic-free card allows payments in online and stationary stores and withdrawals from ATMs with a contactless function. It can be ordered for cards for a business account in PLN – Visa Business Contactless and Mastercard Business Contactless.

This digital card can be activated immediately after ordering and then added to Apple Pay or Google Pay mobile payments. All data, such as the CVV2 number, can be checked in the mobile application and online banking. If necessary, the plastic-free card can also be replaced with a traditional one at any time, but then you have to wait for its delivery.
