ING cuts off customers from cards. Save this date
ING Bank Śląski informed its customers about the planned service works that will be carried out this weekend. These will happen in two rounds, in which various services will not work.
ING informs about difficulties
The first break was planned on the night of January 16-17 from 00:00 to 06:00. During this time, difficulties will be related primarily to card processing in Moje ING and ING Business. The bank informs that during this time it will not be possible to:
- activate cards, change transaction limits, insure cards and assign PIN codes
- order payment cards
- assign cards to the phone in the Moje ING Mobile application
- add cards from external wallets (Apple Pay, Garmin Pay and Google Pay)
- perform operations on your credit card account
- Loans and sales processes for current and savings accounts will not work.
Additionally, there may be problems with completing transactions in ATMs, cash deposit machines, and payment terminals. Online payments with 3D Secure, i.e. payments approved in the application or via SMS code, will also be difficult.
The second break was planned on the night of January 17-18 from 00:30 to 04:30. During this time, the option of ordering and receiving an Express Elixir express transfer by the bank will not be available. Transfers to a BLIK phone from or to a bank other than ING will also not work.
