This problem usually arises when the meeting lasts a long time and the passive participants start to get bored and come up with other ideas on how to use this time. It’s not just about temporarily leaving the computer for a cup of coffee, but about performing completely different activities.

Google Meet comes to the rescue

Google Meet came to the rescue for employers and all online meeting organizers. During virtual meetings on the platform, we have the opportunity to organize quizwhere you can ask a question about what the person has just said.

During the quiz, a question will be asked to the selected interlocutor. It’s supposed to be fun and an attempt to engage the interlocutor, but it’s still a control tool. The most interesting thing is that if we answer incorrectly, the other meeting participants will see it. For each question, we will have four answers to choose from.

An incorrect answer will be shared with all team members. Answer carefully.

– the application warns under the question asked.
