Failure at Alior Bank. Customers cut off from accounts and applications (update)
Alior Bank customers are struggling with technical problems. They have difficulty logging into their accounts via the mobile app and online banking. You cannot use some of the bank’s other services.
Nobody likes a bank failure that makes it difficult for us to use its services and our own money. This time it affected customers Alior Bankwho just before noon began to report problems with the operation of this bank’s services, and at the same time expressed their dissatisfaction in comments on social media. Many people also decided to personally go to the nearest Alior Bank branch to find out why they cannot log in to their account via the Alior Mobile website or application. The bank’s customers cannot make transfers, check account balances or use BLIK.
As we learned from a bank employee, there is an application crash and there is no telling how long it may last. Alior Bank employees recommend do not touch the application, do not force anything and check in the evening if it is already working.

Currently, there may be problems with the proper functioning of Alior Online, Alior Mobile, Business Pro and the Currency Exchange Office. Work is underway to restore their proper operation.

Alior Bank did not disclose the causes of the failure or provide the expected time for its removal. We can only hope that this will happen quickly.
