It is known that new functions have been prepared in the e-Tax Office for some time now. There are also plans to have a mobile application that will allow you to deal with most matters with the tax office online. This is just the beginning of the changes.
The launch date of the mobile application has been announced
The e-Tax Office mobile application for individuals will be made available in Decemberand in February 2025 it will be enriched with the e-PIT service. This information was provided yesterday by the Ministry of Finance. But that’s not the end of the improvements. There is a plan that it will also appear in the e-services system in March chatbot and card payments.
The Ministry of Finance announced that the implementation of new solutions is planned for the next two quartersy: fourth quarter of 2004 and first quarter of 2025.
The new functions also include a mobile application of the e-Tax Office system.
It will enable safe, quick and comfortable handling of official matters online.

Using the new application, users will be able to, among others: submit selected declarations, obtain certificates, grant powers of attorney and check your tax. The application is to be implemented in several stages – an individual’s account is to be made available in December, and the e-PIT service is to be made available in February 2025.
This is not the end of the changes. It is scheduled to be built in March chatbot, whose task will be to “support users of the e-Tax Office in navigating the website”. The system will be further enriched with: possibility of paying by card so that customers can pay taxes more easily. It is also planned expanding the catalog of declarationswhich can be submitted to the e-Tax Office.
