Microsoft joins forces with Amazon. Starting in July, you can play Xbox Cloud Gaming games on your Fire TV Stick-equipped TV.
Microsoft announced the good news: Fire TV Stick owners from July will be able to download the Xbox app and play with Xbox Cloud Gaming. You don’t need an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, as Microsoft also offers free games like Fortnite.
The Xbox app will be available for download in the store Amazon Appstoreon devices Fire TV Stick 4K Max and Fire TV Stick 4K. Microsoft claims that most Bluetooth controllers should be compatible and allow for smooth gameplay: it can even be PlayStation DualSense.
Just install the apps, connect the Bluetooth controller and play a game like Tomb Raider – of course, if you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Don’t have a Fire TV Stick? It costs PLN 299.
