PKO Bank Polski has just boasted about the latest version of the IKO application. The number 3.156 contains three major innovations that can significantly facilitate the daily use of electronic banking.
The first major change is the issue of using the Voice Assistant within the IKO application. In this case we can ask to be transferred to a chat conversation with our consultant. Thanks to this, you will be able to present your case to the advisor in writing. If it is not possible to connect with the consultant, the Assistant is to suggest another form of contact.
Not for everyone
The next option is related to adding a foreign recipient. If we enter the account number in the NRB or IBAN format, in the next step the application will automatically fill in the data regarding the bank’s BIC code and its address. You can also use the convenient code search engine. In this case, entering the sort code will allow you to select and save your recipient’s bank branch. However, if the recipient of the foreign transfer is already saved, the application will automatically fill in the fields with his or her data. However, this feature is currently only available on Android smartphones.
The latest innovation is the ability to submit an application to change the repayment date or the type of installments from decreasing to equal (annuity). The new process means that you can prepare a letter throughout the week, no matter what time it is. The annex itself can be signed at any branch that handles mortgage loans.
