PKO BP announces technical works – be prepared for a break in access to some services
On the night from Sunday to Monday, PKO Bank Polski planned IT works. This is important information especially for people returning from further trips to visit their loved ones – on the way back, these people may be cut off from the funds in their account.
On the night from Sunday to Monday from 00:45 to 01:45 card and Blik transactions will not work in ATMs and cash deposit machines of PKO Bank Polski. You will also not be able to assign a PIN or activate the card or verify the PIN for 3D Secure transactions.
Additionally, problems may occur when making card payments at payment terminals and on the Internet. Disruptions may also concern BLIK contactless paymentsas well as payments made using popular digital wallets, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, Swatch Pay and Xiaomi Pay. Payment cards may also be unusable in ATMs of other banks.
The difficulties will not apply to other functions of the IKO application, iPKO biznes of the iPKO website and iPKO biznes. The bank apologizes for the inconvenience and asks you to complete all important transactions before the planned IT working hours.
