DiPocket focuses on individual customers
The British fintech DiPocket, which also provides services in our country (through a branch in the capital of Lithuania), is closed to individual customers. The existing contracts are scheduled to expire in two months.
DiPocket is a British fintech that introduced its offer for individual clients to Poland in 2016. It included a payment account linked to the mobile application and card, which allowed for international money transfers. At one time, fintech was revolutionary, but its offer has never been particularly popular, as is the case, for example, with Revolut.
Perhaps the nicheness mentioned above has led to DiPocket wanting to focus on business services. in the formula B2B (business-to-business). This is mentioned in the correspondence sent by fintech. We read in it that the DiPocket application will be closed to individual customersand concluded contracts will expire within 60 days.
We want to make sure you have all the information and support you need to successfully manage your account. If you have any outstanding balances, we encourage you to spend the funds before your termination date. You can do this by making card purchases (including cash withdrawals) or transferring funds to another account via the DiPocket app.

If the withdrawal of funds from your account fails, you can contact the fintech at contact@dipocket.org or by sending a reply to the received message with a message about upcoming changes. At the same time, DiPocket ensures that even after the application ends in the future, you will always be able to contact the fintech to use the remaining balance.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during the transition period. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, who are here to help you every step of the way.
