Intel is currently going through a difficult period, probably one of the worst in the history of the company. This can be confirmed suspended investments around the worldincluding plants in Poland and Germany. This raises questions about release plans for both the consumer and business segments.
Intel will use TSMC’s 3nm lithography
However, the Blues explain that despite this reducing expenses This will not affect currently developed designs of new architectures, processors, graphics cards and AI/HPC accelerators.
HPCWire reports that an Intel representative confirmed to them that work on the Falcon Shores and Gaudi layouts is going according to plan. We are talking about equipment for working with artificial intelligence, which will be used mainly in data centers and are to be offered good performance/price ratio.

In the case of Intel Falcon Shores, we can expect a big breakthrough because Americans will only benefit from the TSMC production process. Intel Lunar Lake mobile processors have already shown how much benefit this means. Moreover, the Blues plan to offer something in all price segments.
When it comes to the specification itself, we don’t have too many details. There is talk about 3nm lithographypackaging technology CoWoS-R and TDP up to 1500 W. The direct competition here will be systems NVIDIA Blackwellbut nothing is known about Falcon Shores’ performance yet.
