Bank Millennium surprises in its application. This is not available in any bank
Voice conversations with consultants conducted over the phone have been standard for years. However, Bank Millennium is introducing a new form of communication – video call online with a bank expert. The customer will also be able to use additional functions: chat, screen sharing and document exchange with a bank employee.
As Millennium argues, thanks to the new form of connection, customers gain not only the ability to directly contact an advisor from anywhere. Video calls will also allow for remote support from a consultant in more complex matters, as if it were a visit to a branch. An online meeting may be an additional convenience for customers who live further from the branch or have difficulty traveling.
How should such a conversation go? Both the bank employee and the customer will be able to safely share your device’s screendiscuss the offer, analyze in detail an interesting solution or documents necessary to complete all formalities. Customers will also benefit access to the history of exchanged fileswhich will allow you to return to the process and continue it during subsequent meetings. The new option does not require installing additional applications, the entire process takes place safely in the bank’s digital channels.
Online meetings are available to individual clients in the bank’s mobile application. Corporate users can use the solution on the Millenet website. In the first phase of implementation, meetings will be initiated by bank advisors. The customer will receive the invitation in his contact box. In the future, for selected banking services, e.g. mortgage loans, customers will be able to schedule such a meeting themselves.
The solution has been implemented and has been launched on the LiveBank platformwhich is already used by banks in several countries.
