Assassin's Creed Mirage is coming to phones
In October 2023, Ubisoft released “Assassin's Creed Mirage”, playing on the nostalgia of fans of the series and returning to the roots of the franchise. The game is based mainly on stealth, parkour and assassinations, not on RPG elements.
“Assassin's Creed Mirage”: Back to the roots in the smartphone version
“Mirage” takes players into the realities of the life of Basim, a street thief who joins the secret organization The Hidden Ones. The game takes place in Baghdad in the 9th century, during the Islamic Golden Age, and its scale is much smaller than the series' predecessors. “Assassin's Creed Mirage” was released on PlayStation, Xbox and PC platforms, and his the mobile version is scheduled to be released on iOS in June.
Ubisoft confirms – premiere on June 6
The game was developed by Ubisoft Sofia and offers versions for iPhone and iPad the same experience as the console version. However, the controls have been adapted to the iPhone and iPad touch screens to provide players with an intuitive, convenient and engaging gaming experience.
Importantly, players will be able to use cross-platform game progression and saves from other platforms thanks to Ubisoft Connect, which will allow you to transfer your progress between all available platforms. What's more, the game will be available in Polish.
The first 1.5 hours of play are completely free
The French developer announced that “Assassin's Creed Mirage” will be free to download and play for 90 minutes. The full version of the game supports universal purchase and can be unlocked with a single in-app purchase, allowing you to play the game on both iPhone and iPad.
It is worth mentioning that the game is already available for pre-order in the App Store, but only iOS devices are supported: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPad Air and iPad Pro with an M1 chip or later.
