BIOSTAR chose blue PCBs and power connectors
Blue entered the graphics card market in 2022 thanks to the family ARC Alchemist and they are constantly acquiring new partners. He just showed off his new original model BIOSTAR. We get everything an average user needs here, without unnecessary frills.
BIOSTAR ARC A750 OC is a graphics card equipped with 28 clocked Intel Xe cores 2200MHz (instead of the reference 2050 MHz) and 8 GB VRAM type GDDR6 16 Gbps on a 256-bit data bus. What we're dealing with here is an interface PCI Express 4.0 x16and declared power consumption is up to 225 W.
Power is supplied via two 8-pin connectors, giving enthusiasts the potential to further overclock at home. The I/O panel is standard and includes one HDMi 2.0 and three DisplayPort 2.0.
The Taiwanese have decided here 2.2-slot cooling system equipped with two fans and backplate. It offers a semi-passive operating mode, where the “propellers” start only above a certain temperature. An interesting accent is the blue color of the PCB and power connectors.
BIOSTAR promises that their model will be an affordable proposition. No specific amounts were given, but looking at the valuations of other manufacturers, we can assume approximately PLN 1,049 – 1,099.
