Geil is a Taiwanese equipment manufacturer that is present on the market since 1993. It focuses on production RAM for desktop computers, laptops and servers. Old timers certainly remember the times of the DDR1 and DDR2 standards, where the Taiwanese modules offered very good third party liability insurance.
GeiL uses the CUDIMM standard and will offer up to 9200 MHz
However, later everything was quiet about GeiL. And although their memories are still available in stores, they do not stand out much from other companies. This may change soon, as new models have been announced.
GeiL officially announced that it is preparing to premiere this type of RAM modules CUDIMM. Very efficient offers will hit the market in mid-November 8800 and 9200 MT/s. Unfortunately, details are sparse – no specific delays or tensions have been revealed.
We know they will hit the market proposals with and without RGB LED backlighting. To start with, we will receive sets with a capacity of 48 GB (2x 24 GB). Promotional graphics reveal that a series is to be expected TUF Gaming as part of cooperation with the company ASUS. Suggested prices have not been revealed.

So what exactly is CUDIMM? This is a standard that debuted a while ago with Intel Core Ultra 200S processors. The modules themselves look like a regular DDR5 solution, but they are laminated additional system – clock controller (CKD). It receives and amplifies signals, increasing their integrity. This translates into improved operational stability and allows us to offer higher speeds.
