AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D da się podkręcić, i to naprawdę mocno

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D can be overclocked. The performance is amazing

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D has great OC potential. Increasing the clock speed on all cores gives a significant increase in performance.

AMD Ryzen 9000X3D processors will be the first with 3D V-Cache memory that can be overclocked. How much? They may have quite good OC potential, as indicated by the latest tests that appeared on the AnandTech forum. Their author is Igor_Kavinski.

Overclocking AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

Performance tests of the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor have appeared on the AnandTech forum. By default, its maximum clock speed is 5.2 GHz, which is 200 MHz higher than in the 7800X3D model. However, in this case the system reached over 5.6 GHz on all cores, which gave it a good performance kick.

In the Cinebench R23 test, the processor scored 2261 points on one core and 25258 points on all cores. For comparison, Ryzen 7 7800X3D boasts a result of 18000-19000 points in the multi-core test. This means that the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is overclocked by as much as 35 percent. more efficient than its predecessor. When using one core, the improvement is about 25 percent.

It is unclear how this will translate into gaming performance. Typically, models without 3D V-Cache perform better in Cinebench tests due to higher clock speeds. Here we have an exception, although probably caused by higher frequencies. This does not change the fact that this may be an announcement of really very successful AMD systems.
