Allegro changes the rules of Smart! More expensive, but also cheaper
Allegro announced that from March 2, 2026, it is introducing changes to the Allegro Smart offer! The e-commerce website is changing the amount at which users will be able to benefit from free delivery.
Free delivery with Allegro Smart!
There are currently two thresholds for free shipments from Allegro Smart! In the case of an order placed at a parcel machine or collection point, it was necessary to make a purchase for at least PLN 45. However, if we wanted the parcel delivered by a courier, we had to make purchases for at least PLN 65. But that’s over now.
Allegro introduces one threshold for all deliveries. From March 2, 2026, it will be PLN 49.90 for both parcels sent to parcel machines and those delivered by couriers. Therefore, on the one hand, we can talk about an increase, because PLN 45 is no longer enough for free delivery. However, we will spend less in the case of delivery by courier, so here, in turn, prices have been reduced.
We introduce one easy-to-remember threshold because we know that our users value the simplicity and transparency of the rules. Our priority is to ensure that every smart user can fully use the potential of the service without having to check various limits. Especially since the vast majority of orders via Allegro Smart! exceeds the value of PLN 50.
Customers who activated or extended the Allegro Smart! service before March 2, 2026, they will be able to use it on the existing terms and conditions until the end of the current settlement period. Only the next activation or extension will de facto introduce new rules for them.
