ADATA showed new computer components. It's supposed to be cheap
New power supplies and computer fans are added to the portfolio of the XPG gaming brand. They are supposed to combine good specifications with affordable prices.
ADATA is a manufacturer of computer equipment, associated mainly with efficient SSDs and RAM memories. However, the Taiwanese also own the brand XPG addressed to gamers. And here we are talking about laptops, peripherals, power supplies, coolers and many other accessories.
The new XPG power supplies offer 80 PLUS Gold certification
As it happens, the XPG portfolio will soon be expanded to include three new products. We are talking about power supplies and fans. Their special feature is to be good price-function ratio.
XPG Core Reactgor II VE is a series of fully modular ATX power supplies 650, 750 and 850 W. Inside you will find single +12 V lines, DC-DC converters and a number of protections. Everything meets the standards ATX 3.1equipped with cables 12VHPWR and with a fitness certificate 80 PLUS Gold.
As the name suggests (VE – Value Edition) the main goal was to offer a lower price. This is why the power range is lower than in the basic version. Moreover, the manufacturer no longer mentions Japanese capacitors, the weight of the PSU is slightly lower, and the manufacturer's warranty has been shortened from 10 to 7 years.
The Taiwanese also announced the introduction of the series of fans presented some time ago for sale XPG Vento 120 ARGB PWM. They work at speed up to 1850 RPMat efficiency up to 50 CFMair pressure up to 1.5 mmH2O and the declared work culture up to 24 dB(A). These are quite average values.
There will be a black and white color version to choose from, in both cases we get colorful backlighting. The “R” variant, i.e. with reverse air circulation, will also be available on the market (back->front). Unfortunately, the suggested prices in Poland have not been revealed, but there is a lot of competition, so the price should not be excessive.
