Action charms you with only PLN 33.95. Pole, don’t buy it, it’s crap!
Don’t buy this power bank from Action, it’s money wasted
Charge the phone from zero to 50% in just 40 minutes, capacity enough for 1.5 times to charge the smartphone, 3 USB ports – blah blah blah. No, the 5000 mAh Re-load Powerbank (product number 3204292) is not a good choice.
Although the price of PLN 33.95 may be tempting, the devil is in the details. First of all, 18.5 Wh will absolutely not allow you to charge any modern smartphone 1.5 times. Based on the voltage of 5V, we have a maximum of 3700 mAh here, which will be delivered to the phone with a certain efficiency, I don’t think it will somehow exceed 80%.
For popular 5000 mAh batteries in phones, charging more than zero to 50% with this powerbank will be successful, and the declared 1.5x is simply impossible. Probably somewhere in the documentation, the manufacturer informs that it is about charging an iPhone 4 or another archaic phone, but we are buying this powerbank now, not over a decade ago.
And this is just the beginning…
Don’t let anyone be fooled by the USB-C cable, even old power banks with microUSB have better current parameters. This gadget here offers a crazy maximum of 12 watts. And not for each connector at the same time, but collectively. That’s right – the maximum is 5V at 2.1A, without support for fast charging standards, which would make no sense at such a low power anyway.
The print on the back of the casing leaves no doubt. This is equipment from a bygone era – stay away from it
The powerbank itself will be charged equally slowly, but the most painful thing for you will be the fact that you will have to wait an excruciatingly long time to charge your phone. It’s really a waste of your life to spend on this equipment, especially since Action offers a smaller, equally capacious, and almost twice as fast powerbank (Pover Delivery 20 W) for PLN 43.95.
The text was written after a reader asked whether the equipment praised on the Mam i ja (Jasny311) channel is worth buying.
