What about customers? Neonet ensures that if there are problems with the purchased goods and a complaint is necessary, customers can contact customer service in another stationary store, by phone, e-mail or via the form on the website. The network will take care of the entire process of collecting the equipment from the customer if a complaint is already pending and it is necessary.
