And without having to buy these titles again like on consoles from Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft.
Apacer tempts with performance up to 5500 MB/s in a small format
Of course, as in the case of laptops, models with larger internal memory are disproportionately more expensive. That’s why many people replace SSD on their own. It so happens that one of the manufacturers has prepared a new model for portable consoles and ultrabooks.
Apacer PE4430-R is a semiconductor medium in M.2 2230which uses the interface PCI Express 4.0 x4 and protocol NVMe 2.0. We are dealing here with a controller Phison E27T and memory 3D TLC NAND. It completes the whole thing graphene heat sink – sticker only 0.17 millimeters thick.
Performance will depend on the device in which we install the SSD in question. However, the manufacturer declares up to 5500 MB/s for reading and up to 5200 MB/s for sequential writing and up to 700,000 IOPS for reading and up to 880,000 IOPS for random recording.
The Apacer PE4430-R will go on sale in the coming weeks. You will be able to choose a version with a capacity of 1 or 2 TB. We get it here 5 years warranty limited by the saved data ratio – 500 and 1000 TBW respectively. Suggested prices in Poland have not been revealed, but it should be relatively cheap.
